Chasing Victory Team

Jonathan

Jonathan

Jonathan is the Founder of Chasing Victory, and the residing Master Craftsman.  He sets the tone for the team with his artistic vision and commitment to the craft.  This dedication to his work is evident, day in and day out, and ultimately seen in the continuing success of the company he began in 2011.  Currently, Jonathan's work in the shop is primarily focused on the meticulous design, casting, and stone setting elements of the rings' production process, as well as managing customer correspondents.  Jonathan's desire is that Chasing Victory efforts go above and beyond your expectations as a customer, and that you are truly amazed when you receive your ring(s).

Jonathan has been married to the love of his life, Lisa, for 9 years now, and the couple have three adorable kids- Eliora, Lila, and the family's most recent addition, London. If Jonathan stays up late enough to find spare time, he greatly enjoys reading and talking with his wife over tea. Jonathan loves nothing more than proving "realities" wrong- for example, over the course of the last year he committed to working out on a plant-based diet in order to demonstrate that developing significant muscle mass can be accomplished aside from eating meat. Jonathan is known to challenge the teams philosophies and is not afraid to question why we believe what we believe.

Micah

Micah

Aside from Jonathan, Micah is the longest standing member of the Chasing Victory team. His role is primarily engaging in customer correspondents, but he also serves as an active salesman, frequently initiating interactions with potential customers, and coordinating ring designs.  Micah lives in Pacific Palisades, CA, so his interactions with the team are limited to Skype calls or IM, which he also utilizes for the purpose of providing entertainment.

Micah is very happily married to is wife, Perri, and cherishes being a father to their son, Christian.  Micah also works as a freelance photographer, and engages in any kind of creative project he can get his hands on.  He is also a committed member of the Cross Fit Santa Monica team, continually making efforts to sculpt what he affectionately refers to as his "dad bod".

Elijah

Elijah

Having recently turned 21, Elijah is the youngest member of our growing team.  He joined Chasing Victory the beginning of Summer 2016, and has quickly become an excellent craftsman in the field of fine art.  His educational background and prior employee experience both served to hone his eye for design and detail, and it shows in his work.  Our customers frequently respond with glowing reviews of the rings he has created.  He has also recently began producing multimedia material for Chasing Victory's marketing efforts.

Elijah is recognized by all for his ability to accomplish whatever he sets his mind to- his numerous projects outside of work include bicycle construction and repair, as well as having hosted a website for bike maintenance and optimization.  He constantly keeps the other guys in the shop on their toes with his quick wit and wry humor, and is renown for his unparalleled consumption of vanilla lattes.

Caleb

Caleb

Caleb is the newest member of the team, having joined Chasing Victory this past September.  Caleb has embraced the challenge of acquiring the necessary skills needed to create Chasing Victory rings and found the process extremely rewarding.  He is known around the shop as the "Jack Daniels whisperer"- chances are, if your ring is inlaid with Jack Daniels whiskey barrel wood, it came off his work bench.  Caleb is also the shops resident DJ- an avid fan of music, the guys trust him in selecting the soundtrack for the day, for better or worse.

Outside of working with CV, Caleb is finishing his B.S. in Marketing at Colorado State.  These endeavors keep him well occupied, but when he finds spare time, he greatly enjoys exploring the beautiful mountain areas that surround Redding, as well as playing/watching anything competitive.  He is very blessed to be married to his wife, Hadley, and the two are eagerly expecting their first child at the end of the summer.
